Thank you Robbie! I'm honored you are reading this post! I agree with you 100%. Not all companies are ready to embrace what Social Media is all about: relationships, trust, transparency and authenticity. It is specially difficult making sure all employees in a company share the same philosophy and tone of communication when reaching out to the world. Please share what you do and how you are effectively using social media to promote your business. I love MUSIC! I play piano, mandolin and guitar for fun ;)

Hi Carla,
Thanks for the post. This is great advice that people ought to keep hearing over and over. The more the new mindset you talk about takes hold, and the more adept we become at considering social marketing all the time, the more deeply we'll understand how to best capitalize on these new opportunities. Though it's impressive that Fortune 500 companies are getting aboard, the trailblazers are always small businesses and individuals with resources, flexibility, and imagination. Keep posting. I'll keep reading.
